§ 151.075 STREET GRADES, CURVES, SIGHT DISTANCES, AND SIDEWALK RAMPS.
   (A)   The grades, site distances, and cross slopes of streets shall be within the limits indicated in the minimum design standards.
   (B)   The radii of curvature on the centerline shall be not less than indicated in the minimum design standards. A tangent of at least 100 feet in length shall be introduced between reverse curves.
   (C)   Curbs shall be cut and sidewalks shall be ramped at all intersections so as to facilitate mobility of disabled individuals, with maximum slope not exceeding the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), being 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq.
