§ 151.074 MINIMUM PAVEMENT WIDTHS.
   All portions of the street and alley pavement shall be installed at the expense of the subdivider or developer, including the turning circle at the end of a dead-end street or cul-de-sac and shall be as indicated in the minimum design standards.
