§ 151.073 MINIMUM RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTHS OF STREETS, ALLEYS, AND EASEMENTS FOR UTILITIES.
   (A)   Minimum right-of-way widths of streets and alleys shall be not less than indicated in the minimum design standards.
   (B)   All dead-end streets shall have minimum right-of-way width as indicated in the minimum design standards and shall terminate in a circular turn around having minimum right-of-way diameter as indicated in the minimum design standards.
   (C)   Easements for utilities, where required, shall be at least ten feet wide centered on each side of rear or side lot lines, with a total minimum width of 20 feet. Where easements are required along lot lines adjacent to property not located within the boundary of the subdivision or development, they shall be at least 15 feet in width.
