Within 30 days from the date of application for final plat acceptance, the Municipal Engineer and Zoning Administrator shall review said final plat (and supporting data), and shall jointly advise the governing body of this municipality in writing whether it substantially conforms to the accepted preliminary plat. A copy of their advisory report shall be forwarded to the Planning Commission.
