§ 151.042 DESIGN CONSTRUCTION.
   (A)   After the governing body of the municipality has accepted the preliminary plat, but prior to submission of the final plat, the subdivider/developer shall furnish four copies of the design and construction documents to the Zoning Administrator for purposes of review by the Municipal Engineer and other departments of the municipality.
   (B)   (1)   Design documents, construction plans, and specifications in accordance with minimum design standards for required improvements to be installed by the subdivider/developer shall be prepared by a registered state professional engineer, whose signature and seal shall appear on such plans, and two copies of documents required in the minimum design standards shall be furnished the Municipal Engineer.
      (2)   These required documents shall be revised as may be necessary to be accepted by the Municipal Engineer before required improvements are installed. The plans and specifications shall comply with requirements indicated in the minimum design standards, and shall include but not be limited to water mains, sanitary sewerage system, stormwater drainage system, grading plan, and other information necessary to comply with this subchapter.
   (C)   Until the Municipal Engineer confirms in writing that the required improvements are in accord with the minimum design standards and requirements of this subchapter, the governing body of the municipality shall not act upon the application for final plat acceptance or issue any building permit.
