The preliminary plat of the proposed subdivision or development, and six blue or black line prints, prepared by a state registered land surveyor, shall accompany an application in writing to the Planning Commission for tentative acceptance of the subdivision or development in order that permits may be secured for the installation of improvements and formal request for final acceptance of the final plat submitted thereafter.
