(A) At the time of filing of final plat or report for acceptance, the subdivider/developer shall pay to the City Clerk a fee according to the following schedule:
(1) Residential lots.
Number of Residential Lots in Subdivision | Fee |
1 to 25 | $25 per lot |
26 or more | $625 plus $15 per lot for each lot over 25 |
(2) Commercial or industrial lots.
Number of Commercial or Industrial Lots in Subdivision | Fee |
1 to 25 | $75 per lot |
6 or more lots | $375 plus $50 for each lot over 5 |
(B) All fees shall be deposited in the General Fund of the municipality. No fee shall be charged for processing the preliminary plat.
