The subdivider, after submitting the plat in sketch form to the Planning Commission, shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, a preliminary plat of the proposed subdivision along with construction plans for required improvements to be installed in accord with the provisions of this subchapter and the minimum design standards, and file with the Planning Commission an application in writing seeking acceptance of the plat, accompanied by six black line or blue line prints of construction plans and specifications for required improvements, at least two weeks prior to a scheduled Planning Commission meeting.
