§ 151.015 SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURE AUTHORIZED.

In planning and developing a subdivision or development, the general principles and requirements set forth in this subchapter shall be observed and in every case the procedure set out in this subchapter shall be pursued.
