The rules and regulations governing plats and subdivisions of land contained in this chapter apply to that land located within the corporate limits of the city and to land as indicated on the official map contained in the comprehensive plan located in its comprehensive plan map, as amended and which is incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein.
