§ 134.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 134.02 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.

(C) Any person convicted of any violation of the provisions of § 134.03 shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $500 for each offense.
