§ 133.01 INTOXICATION; UNDER THE INFLUENCE IN PUBLIC.
   Whosoever is found upon any sidewalk, public street or alley, public school ground, church ground, courthouse square, or on any vacant lot or in any vacant building, store, building, saloon, or other public place, intoxicated or under the influence of any drug or narcotic shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.
