§ 132.02 HOUSE OF ILL FAME; KEEPING OR PATRONIZING; DISORDERLY HOUSE.
   (A)   Whoever keeps or maintains a house of ill fame or place for the practice of prostitution or lewdness, or whoever patronizes the same, or lets any house, rooms, or other premises for such purposes, or whoever keeps a common ill-governed, disorderly house, to the encouragement of idleness, drinking, gambling, fornication, adultery, or other misbehavior, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever leases or rents to another any house, room, or premises, in whole or in part, for any of the uses or purposes punishable under this section, or who knowingly permits the same to be used or occupied, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction shall be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.
