§ 131.01 FIGHTING, OFFENSIVE CONDUCT.
   Whosoever within the city limits is guilty of fighting or striking, unless in self-defense; or of violent or offensive conduct, calculated to provoke a breach of the peace; or of assaulting or threatening or challenging to fight another or others shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and punishable as set forth in § 10.99.
