§ 112.07 SALE OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR WITHOUT LICENSE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation who shall by himself, herself, or another, either as principal, clerk, or servant, directly or indirectly, sell at retail or deal in alcoholic liquors, without first having obtained a license therefor, or who shall in any other manner violate the foregoing sections of this chapter, shall for each offense be fined not less $50, and on conviction under this section shall forfeit any license for the sale of alcoholic liquors held by the defendant.
   (B)   The court rendering judgment upon such conviction shall in such judgment declare a forfeiture of such license except as otherwise provided for under the laws of the state.
