§ 112.02 TYPES OF LICENSES; DESIGNATION AND REQUIREMENTS.
    (A)   Kinds of license; designated. Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation who shall hereafter engage, in whole or in part, in the business of, or in any manner dealing in any alcoholic liquors, within the city, in any quantity, to be drunk upon the premises or elsewhere, shall first obtain a license thereof, from this city, said license to be one of the following kind or type:
      (1)   An alcoholic liquor license;
      (2)   A seven-day alcoholic liquor license;
      (3)   A club alcoholic liquor license; or
      (4)   A temporary alcoholic liquor permit.

   (B)   Kinds of license; requirements.
      (1)   An alcoholic liquor license is a license to operate a place open to the general public for the selling at retail or dispensing of alcoholic liquors.
      (2)   A seven-day alcoholic liquor license is a license to operate a place open to the general public for the selling at retail or dispensing of alcoholic liquors.
      (3)   A club alcoholic liquor license is a license issued to any corporation which shall have fully complied with the provisions of § 95.24 of Art. I of the State Liquor Control Act, being 235 ILCS 5/1-3.24, and whose organization shall be deemed by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner to have come within the definition of “club” therein defined.
      (4)   A temporary alcoholic liquor permit is a permit issued for a period of not to exceed seven days to any organization which has complied with the terms of this chapter and the terms of the State Liquor Control Act.
