§ 91.094 SIDEWALKS.

If any sidewalk is blocked by any excavation or tunnel, a temporary sidewalk shall be constructed or provided which shall be safe for travel and convenient for users. The temporary sidewalk is subject to inspection by the Superintendents of Utilities and Streets and shall not be open for use until approved by the Superintendents.
