§ 91.058 DUTY OF MAYOR OR CHIEF OF POLICE TO CAUSE REMOVAL OF OBSTRUCTIONS.
   It shall be the duty of the Mayor, or Police Chief to cause any obstructions erected, placed, or continued, contrary to the provisions of this subchapter, to be removed within a reasonable time after notice to that effect by either of the officers aforesaid has been served upon the party or parties erecting, placing, or continuing such obstructions, and the owners, agents, or parties causing such obstruction or violation, shall pay all expenses or costs of such removal, in addition to the penalty aforesaid.
