§ 91.047 GATE OPENING OUT ONTO SIDEWALK.

No gate or gates shall open out onto any sidewalk within the limits of the city. Any person or persons refusing to comply with this section within 24 hours after being notified by the Chief of Police to do so, shall be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.
