SCHEDULE V. PARKING VEHICLES SEVEN FEET HIGH OR HIGHER PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to park any motor vehicle or any other vehicle, any part of which is seven feet or taller:
      (1)   Where posted or marked along St. Louis Street (Illinois Route 15) and Mill Street (Illinois Route 127) within the city; or
      (2)   Within an R-1 or R-2 zoned area as designed on the official zoning map for the city.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any motor vehicle or any other vehicle which is carrying or has attached thereto any material which measures seven feet or more from the ground to the top of such material to park:
      (1)   Where posted or marked along St. Louis Street (Illinois Route 15) and Mill Street (Illinois Route 127) within the city; or
      (2)   Within an R-1 or R-2 zoned area as designated on the official zoning map for the city.
