SCHEDULE IV. ANGLE PARKING.

   (A)    An exception to parallel parking as provided in § 71.03 is angle parking. Angle parking is permitted:

      (1)   On both sides of West Court Street;

      (2)   On the west side of East Court Street;

      (3)   On both sides of Elm Street between East Court Street and West Court Street; and

      (4)   On the east side of Bryan Street along Meier’s Market.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of this schedule shall be fined $5 for each offense.
