(A) It is unlawful for any person, persons, firms, or corporations to park any motor vehicle or other vehicle upon that part of St. Louis Street, lying between Washington and Mill Streets, and upon that part of South Kaskaskia Street, lying between Adams Street and St. Louis Street between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. for more than two consecutive hours. Said two-hour period shall be construed to mean that period during which any vehicle remains in a single parking space without being moved from such parking space.

(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of this schedule shall be fined $5 for each offense.
