The stopping, standing, or parking of an automobile or other vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with law; or directions of a police officer of official traffic-control-device is prohibited:
(A) On the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of street; and/or
(B) On a crosswalk.
