§ 70.16 PLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES AUTHORIZED.
   The Street Superintendent, or such other person designated by the Mayor and City Council, shall place and maintain all traffic-control devices, signs, and all other markings for the control of traffic and parking, as directed by the City Council.
