§ 55.02 INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE.

   The current editions of the following documents, and any future amendments thereto, are incorporated by reference as though fully set forth and may be incorporated in the ordinance codified in this chapter as appendices:

   (A)   49 C.F.R. § 192.614;

   (B)   A map or land description of the area covered for the city by and through its membership in the JULIE System, as amended;

   (C)   The JULIE System Excavator’s Manual as amended;

   (D)   Current list of persons, firms, or corporations who normally engage in activities described in the above scope within the area identified in division (C) above;

   (E)   A copy of the latest public notification to make all persons aware of the underground damage prevention program of the city;

   (F)   Special notices and conditions of “application for natural gas service” specifically pertaining to excavation and back fill at buildings as in Item D on the back side of the application form; and

   (G)   JULIE “dig notice” procedure, as amended, as incorporated into the City of Nashville Natural Gas O & M Manual.
