This underground damage prevention program establishes the policies and procedures for a written directive of the requirements of the city. The program is to ensure compliance with the highest standards of underground damage prevention and to comply with 49 C.F.R. § 192.614. The scope of this program and its activities include all work, excavations, drilling, boring, construction, demolition, surface removal, or penetration in any manner of public or private property where underground facilities may exist.
