§ 30.05 FAILURE OF NEWS MEDIA TO RECEIVE NOTICE SHALL NOT INVALIDATE MEETINGS.

Failure of news media to receive notice shall not invalidate the meeting. Failure of any news media to receive a notice provided for by this section shall not invalidate any meeting provided notice was in fact given in accordance with this section.
