§ 54.01 APPLICABILITY.

The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable, but not limited to, manufacturing sites, commercial sites, apartment complexes, new subdivision sites, and resubdivision sites. The provisions of this chapter shall not be applicable to one-family residential sites in existence as of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter.
