(A) Residential. A service charge of $9 per month for each residence shall be paid to the city for the collection of garbage and trash from that residence.
(B) Commercial. A service charge of $11 per month for each commercial establishment shall be paid to the city for the collection of garbage and trash from that establishment.
(C) Dumpsters. A service charge of $19 per dumpster pickup shall be paid to the city for the collection of garbage and trash. A dumpster shall have a maximum capacity of two cubic yards and shall be approved by the city. The dumpster shall not be filled to such a capacity so that the lid does not close.
