§ 30.04 NOTICE OF MEETINGS.
   (A)   The City Clerk shall give public notice of the schedule of regular meetings at the beginning of each fiscal year, which notice shall state the regular dates, times, and places of such meetings. Public notice of any special meetings, of any rescheduled regular meetings, of any reconvened meetings, or of any adjourned meetings, shall be given at least 48 hours before such meeting, however, this requirement of public notice of reconvened meetings does not apply to any case where the meeting is to be reconvened within 24 hours, nor to any case where announcement of the time and place of the reconvened meeting was made at the original meeting and there is no change in the agenda.
   (B)   Public notice shall be given by posting a copy of the notice at the City Clerk’s office in the City Hall. The City Clerk shall also supply a copy of the notice of the regular meetings, and of any special, rescheduled, reconvened, or adjourned meetings to any local newspaper of general circulation or any local radio or television station that has filed an annual request for such notice, provided, such news media has given the City Clerk an address within the city at which such notice may be given.
