(A) It is unlawful to dump, dispose of, or deposit garbage or trash in a dumpster located at any city collection site in any manner that is in violation of the rules posted at said site.
(B) It is unlawful to dispose of any garbage or trash that is generated outside the corporate limits of the city in any city-owned dumpster.
(C) It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation other than a resident who has paid the service charge for garbage and trash collection to deposit garbage or trash in any city-owned dumpster.
