§ 52.24 OFFICIALS AND CITY AGENTS.
   In the event that the City Council shall establish a Gas Committee, then, and in that event, wherever the term City Council or Council shall appear in this chapter, the same shall be construed to mean Gas Committee except as to the provisions contained in § 52.13.
