§ 52.20 RESALE AND TRANSPORTATION OF GAS PROHIBITED.

(A) The city shall not transport any gas through its facilities other than that purchased and owned by the city for retail sale to its customers. The transportation of customer-owned gas is prohibited.

(B) No gas shall be resold or distributed by the recipient thereof from the city supply to any premises other than that for which application has been made and the gas installed.
