§ 52.15 OWNER AND BENEFICIAL OWNER OF REAL ESTATE LIABLE.
   The owner of any real estate or improvements thereon, or the owner of the beneficial interest of any trust holding title to land or improvements served under this chapter shall be responsible for any delinquent charges for gas service to such real estate or improvements.
