The bill for gas service shall be rendered monthly on the first day of each month. If the gas bill is not paid, in full, within ten days after its rendition, the bill becomes delinquent and an additional charge of 5% shall be added to the bill. If the tenth day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, payment of the bill may be made on the first business day thereafter.
