§ 52.03 SPECIFICATIONS FOR MAIN AND SERVICE CONNECTIONS.

The city adopts the requirements of the Federal and State Pipeline Safety Acts, being 49 U.S.C. §§ 60101 et seq. and 220 ILCS 20/1 et seq. respectively, as its specifications base. Gas service connections made to the mains of the system of the city shall comply with requirements and regulations set forth within the Pipeline Safety Acts and related pipeline safety standards.
