If an applicant for gas service has a past-due bill for gas service at a prior location for which he or she is responsible, the new gas connection will not be made until the past-due gas bill is paid. If the gas bill at the prior location becomes past due after the new gas connection has been made, the new connection will be discontinued until the past-due bill at the prior location is paid.
