§ 50.091 RATES AND CHARGES; FILING WITH THE COUNTY.
   A copy of this subchapter, properly certified by the City Treasurer, shall be filed in the office of the County Recorder of Deeds and shall be deemed notice to all owners of real estate of the charges of the sewerage system of the city on their properties.
