(A) Basic user charge.
(1) There is established a basic user charge of $0.338 per 100 gallons of metered water consumption to be applied to all users to recover O & M plus R costs.
(2) This charge consists of $0.308 for operation and maintenance and $0.030 for replacement.
(B) Debt service charge. There is established a debt service charge of $0.122 per 100 gallons, to each user of the wastewater facility.
(C) Rates.
(1) (a) A minimum charge of $9.20 per month is applied to all users whose water consumption does not exceed 2,000 gallons per month.
(b) This minimum charge consists of $6.16 for O & M costs, $0.60 for R costs, and $2.44 for debt service costs.
(2) (a) Usage in excess of 2,000 gallons per month will be charged at a rate of $0.460 per 100 gallons.
(b) This rate consists of $0.308 for O & M costs, and $0.030 for R costs, and $0.122 for debt service costs.
