§ 50.077 PRELIMINARY TREATMENT OR FLOW-EQUALIZING FACILITIES.
   Where preliminary treatment or flow-equalizing facilities, as mentioned in § 50.075(B), are provided, they shall be maintained continuously in satisfactory and effective operation by the owner at his or her expense.
