(A) If an applicant for sewer service (residential or industrial) has a past-due bill for sewer service at a prior location for which he or she is responsible, the new sewer connection will not be made until the past due sewer bill is paid.
(B) If the sewer bill at the prior location becomes past due after the new sewer connection has been made, the new connection will be discontinued until the past-due bill at the prior location is paid.
