951.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates Section 951.07(b)(1) is deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the 4th degree. Whoever violates Section 951.07(b)(2) is deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

This penalty section is not intended to apply to officers or officials for failure to perform administrative acts as required under this chapter.
