(a) Donations by bequest, devise, deed or gift may be accepted by the City and credited to the Napoleon Cemetery Fund as established in § 951.01.
(b) The gross revenues derived from the sale of burial lots in the City cemeteries shall be deposited in and credited to the Napoleon Cemetery Fund as established pursuant to §951.01.
