735.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of Sections 735.02(a), 735.07, 735.08, 735.09, 735.10, 735.11 or 735.12 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, punishable by a fine not to exceed two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) and a period of incarceration not to exceed thirty days or both. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

(b) A separate offense or violation shall be deemed committed with respect to each person or residence solicited.
