735.09 NOISE RESTRICTIONS.

No solicitor, canvasser or peddler as defined in this chapter shall cry his/her wares in a loud voice, the audibility of which is more than 100 feet from such solicitor, canvasser or peddler, and no such person shall use or employ any noise producing device, the audibility of which is beyond 100 feet from such device.
