374.07 ALTERATION OF LICENSE TAGS OR REGISTRATION CARDS PROHIBITED.

It shall be a violation of this Traffic Code for any person to intentionally alter, mutilate, or deface any license tag or registration card which shall have been issued in accordance with the provisions of this Code.
