(A) Resale of water prohibited. No water shall be resold or distributed by the recipient thereof from the city supply to any premises other than that for which application has been made and the meter installed.
(B) Two users on one connection. Under no circumstances shall two or more users be connected to the same residential meter.
(C) Waste of water. It shall be unlawful for any water user to waste water, or allow it to be wasted, by imperfect stops, taps, valves, leaky joints or pipes, or to wastefully run water from hydrants, faucets, sinks or other apparatus, or to use water in violation of the rules and regulations for controlling the water supply.
