§ 110.04 CONDUCT OF OPERATIONS.
   All businesses in the city shall be operated in accordance with federal and state law regarding fair trade, records, accurate measure, health and safety. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any business which is of an obscene, indecent or immoral nature, or that is offensive to the moral sense.
