Any person convicted of violations of city regulations is guilty, punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(A) Enforcement authority. The County Sheriff’s Department and city’s code enforcement official is given all rights to write citations to those individuals breaking the laws or safety guidelines as outlined in this chapter.
(B) Forfeit of rights. Any operator of an OHV who is issued two or more citations within a six- month period will forfeit his or her right to operate an OHV within the city for a period of one year.
