§ 71.04 NOISE CONTROL.
   It shall be the responsibility of the truck operator to operate any vehicle within the limits of the city in a courteous manner. The use of engine brakes is not allowed within the limits of the city and all vehicle operators must operate their vehicles in a manner which shall not disturb the peace and tranquillity of any resident of the city.
